Frequently asked questions
1.1 How Long Will Delivery Take?
We dispatch within orders 1-2 working days and postage can take 3-5 working days, customers usually receive orders within 5 working days. We use tracked delivery with a tracking number sent to the email address you provide when ordering.
- We cannot accept returns for personalised items, please make sure you double-check your order. This can be done in your cart and at the checkout.
- If we made a mistake or the item is faulty we will arrange delivery of a replacement as quickly as possible.
- If your item is not personalised you can return your item within 14 days. Contact us with your reason for the return, we will then issue a refund once we have received the item. As the customer you are reasonable for the postage, we advise using a 2nd Class Tracked & Signed for.
1.3 What if you make a mistake?
- We cannot refund for personalised items where the information provided to us is incorrect. Please double-check personalising details you provide us with, this can be reviewed in 'the cart' and at the 'Checkout'.
- If we made a mistake or the product is faulty we will send a replacement immediately.
