FAQ's
1.1 How long will delivery take?
We dispatch within orders 1-2 working days and postage can take 3-5 working days, customers usually receive orders within 5 working days. We use tracked delivery with a tracking number sent to the email address you provide when ordering.
1.2 Returns
We cannot accept returns for personalised items, please make sure you double-check your order. This can be done in your cart and at the checkout. If we made a mistake or the item is faulty we will arrange delivery of a replacement as quickly as possible. If your item is not personalised you can return your item within 14 days. Contact us with your reason for the return, we will then issue a refund once we have received the item. As the customer you are reasonable for the postage, we advise using a 2nd Class Tracked & Signed for.
1.3 What if you make a mistake?
We cannot refund for personalised items where the information provided to us is incorrect. Please double-check personalising details you provide us with, this can be reviewed in 'the cart' and at the 'Checkout'. If we made a mistake or the product is faulty we will send a replacement immediately.
